CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Burn It 101:  Women's only class. This high energy, fat-burning workout is designed to tone and firm while increasing your muscular endurance. A combination of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercises with resistance training ensures you will get total body conditioning with an emphasis on a lean and toned physique. The goal is to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscles while improving balance, coordination, core strength and body awareness. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome!

Burn It Bootcamp: 30 minute high intensity bootcamp class just like Burn It 101 that focuses on resistance, cardio and core to get you the maximum workout.

Core and Abs: 30 minute class to help you get a stronger and more defined mid section. A combination of abdominal and lower back exercises will not only increase your core strength but help you increase your body's structural endurance.

Yoga: This flow style yoga class is a one hour class that will help you gain flexibility, core endurance and overall self awareness. Designed for beginners to intermediate fitness levels.

Running Camp: This class is designed for the non-runner and runner who would like the burn calories, strengthen legs and core, learn to run and/or train for a marathon, while maximizing their running abilities. This is an outdoor/indoor class that will push your maximum threshold with intervals, you'll learn to push your endurance limits and maximize your aerobic capacity while strengthening your core. This is a perfect class for anyone who wants to run a mile non-stop for the first time and one who wishes to run a half or full marathon while utilizing our 4, 8 or 12 week running camp.
