This class is full of High Intensity Cardio, Core and Resistance exercises. You will Burn fat, increase your lean muscle tissue, strengthen your core and improve your balance. Beginners are welcome! We have modifications for all exercises so anyone can join!

This is an intense workout focusing on the core. It teaches you how to contract and use your core muscles to stabilize your trunk. You will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall body awareness.  This is an upbeat class set to music. It’s fun yet challenging and effective.

Yoga vinyasa flow  (45-55 min)

This is an athletic style yoga class modifiable for all levels. Improve your strength, flexibility, core, balance as well as your overall body awareness.
